I know you lot are just gonna say leave, which at this point I'm tempted to do so, but work have been ####ing me off again! I'm going away today to Belgium and not working for a week, and this afternoon my wages got posted through my door which never happens. In my wages was a note saying "from now on your hours are 12-6, 6 days a week". It doesnt sound that bad, but working 12-6 means I have to do the 2 busy periods, instead of 9-4 where I'd only have the 1. On top of that I'd have to do all the stock/cleaning/orders that I'd do 9-4 but without any time before it gets busy. Basically I wouldn't be getting any break.
I told them I couldn't manage 6 days a week, and that if I had 2 busy patches each day, I'd end up knackred and wouldn't be able to work well anway. I told them that last week, and the reason I;m so annoyed is that they know I'm not coming in for a week, and I can't argue if it's in a note.
My mum says they're trying to mae me leave coz they can't afford me. It would make sense coz I do the cashing up at night and check the till rolls during the day, and some days they don't even make enough to pay their overheads for the day, never mind pay anyone.
What do I do?! I don't want to leave coz I need the money, but I'm so annoyed that they seem to take me for granted
