Bar 62 - Use your little finger to play the D# and slip onto the E. The result will be a spread chord. Make sure to get that E on the second chord on the beat though.
Bar 64 - Two options: forget the G on top or play the G# and A# with your thumb (put your thumb horizontal so it covers both notes). I don't know if the second one will be good for your hand, you'll have to ask someone else who's a little more experienced. It's just that I sometimes play two white notes with my thumb, maybe it's the same with black notes.
Bar 73 - Don't play the G# in a chord if you really are having trouble with it. You might have to jump around a bit if your hands are really small but try your best to keep that G# beating.
