By the way the champagne is 1997 Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque at £70 a bottle so don't drink it too quickly !

Sounds like I should learn that, seeing that I'm the coffee bar specialist in the ABRSM café!

It was a while ago but I think it was 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, a kilo of sugar made up to a gallon- dissolve the coffee in boiling water first. The finished wine doesn't taste like coffee either !
