Being in low spirits the last few days , helped or probably pushed to finish all my summer projects at last! biggrin.gif

Sports
  • I've run 190 miles / 305 kms
  • I've climbed a small mountain in Sinai during my holiday there.
Reading
  • I've read a dictionary (!) ( Mine was an Oxford Adult Learners Dictionary , 7th edition - 2005)
  • I've read Dostoyevesky's "Crime and Punishment"
  • I've read a selection of Wordsworth's poetry.
Music ( My most favourite part wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif )
  • I've finished Beethoven's sonata in Eb Op. 27 No. 1
  • A liszt nocturne (My edition doesn't have an Opus)
  • Dvorak's Humoresque
  • Mozart's sonata in C , k454
What a relief!

I too, have climbed a mountain (Huang Shan in China) ph34r.gif *shudder*

Am partway through learning more Chopin...which is kind of my plan for summer....and have finally finished my HP fanfiction! (lol)

Why wouldn't I ?

Running is so important , besides keeping you healthy and fit , it raises your self esteem , keep you in good spirit... etc.

Last year , I won a 100 m race , so my brother started to tease me ( as usual) , then I became mad and told him "I bet I can run from here to Alexandria! " (Have no clue why i did that ph34r.gif )

The distance between Cairo and Alexandria is around 190 miles ... So we set a challenge and it seems like I won! biggrin.gif

Well done! I don't think I've achieved anything in the summer holidays. I said I would learn how to play the guitar, learn a Chopin nocturne build up my muscles and get Eats, Shoots and Leaves.
