Have you tried looking on the website of Crowther's Oboe shop? They have the biggest selection of oboe CDs I have ever seen.

If you mean Telemann Concerto in F minor, and you have the iTunes program, do an iTunes search for "Telemann oboe f minor", and the concerto is in the list of results - separated into the three movements. The recording is of the Alma Musica Amsterdam, Han de Vries and I Solisti di Zagreb. I haven't found a recording of this concerto elsewhere, but I've only searched online.
