Just gone to a website via ClassicCat, to download Romeo and Juliet, but it is an 'ogg' file. How do you play these files?

You have to have a certain piece of software, WMP or RP won't do it

(And I don't know what that piece of software is

Install the ogg codec from:
http://www.illiminable.com/ogg/oggcodecs_0.71.0946.exeOnce you've done that, use WMP or whatever you normally use.

I'm surprised that the standard media players won't play ogg files! If I remember rightly, they are better quality than mp3 or wav!

They may be better quality than MP3 but not WAV as they're still a compressed file format and have a lower bit rate.
