I might want to go to a music college, I am year 10 at the moment, and am around grade 7 standard. If I wanted to apply for anything like music college or another career in music, would they prefer me to know a second instrument. I used to play the keyboard until I was 13 and although I didn't do any exams I was around grade 4 standard. I know a good teacher and I am sure he would be willing to teach me again, but should I try the piano or continue with the keyboard. (If I did an exam on the keyboard I would have to get a new one as mine is out of date and doesn't match to the specifications needed). I have a piano at home. Thanks!
