Hi! I'm fifi from Singapore!! And I'm new to posting here. I've been reading the forum for years!! But I finally moved to the world of broadband and now that I don't have to rely on horrible timed dial-up, I have time to surf and surf and surf!!

instead of pressing "reply", you should pressed "add reply" which can be found at the right bottom of the page. If you press "reply" which you can find at everyone's posts, you will be replying to the person's reply on this topic. if you press "add reply". you will be posting a reply to the topic itself... i think this is the best way i can desribe it

I always do 'reply' and erase the quote at the top
and it depends when you get your answer.
in CISD(come in sit down) you get the answer realy soon because it's 'chat' sort of thing.
If you post something spesialised like 'need help on....' it can take a day to get the answer.
