I did that piece too... but I killed the middle part.tongue.gif
Anyway, in the aural part, she asked me for a possible composer, so I said Grieg. But I pronounced it wrong, I said "Greg". And she said" Greek, you mean?"
Then I quicky said a yes. I was soooo embarresed.

I always just say the number because I am terrified of pronouncing things wrong. Once a little girl at my school announced her Berceuse as "Berkyoos" at a school concert and was teased for weeks, so at least in exams you can get away with numbers!

also, do you think that piece would make a good AS level performance piece? I'm taking the exam next year.

At a school concert i was accompanying this girl who was playing a prelude on the saxophone. She couldn't pronouce prelude and in the concert she said , 'I'm going to play preeelude!' and I was thinking nooooooooo!!

My sister might be playing Elegiac blues for Grade 7 but she's not really sure what piece to choose because most of list C is fairly modern stuff. My sister's not really into music with lots of dischords and odd rhythms (i'm not saying that type of music is bad though!! smile.gif )
