I was just reading some old topics and noticed a few old names that I remember used to post here but have now left. I was just wondering if anyone else ever thinks about 'where are they now?' and there are probably people who are still in contact with some of the people who could let us know .

So, the question, who do you miss that doesn't post here anymore? A few names I thought of:

Silver Pianist (I think he may still read)
Samantha Fung
Cecilia
missfabflute

and many more about whom I will no doubt say 'oh yes' when I read the names .

P.S. To prevent me getting in trouble we should restrict this to people who left; rather than were banned .

She's concentrating on school work and stuff at the moment, and can't get on much. She comes on occasionally to read stuff and OM (and to vote for me when I tell her too *evil cackle*)

Wobby has been waiting for his brother to go back to university. Therefore, he hopes to be spending a lot more time on the forums very soon. I spoke to him before.

Cheeble doesn't post as often as she used to.... is that because she's at uni?

I still keep in contact with Cheebs I think she is just really busy, she doesn't come onto MSN as much.

Puff Cat - I have a picture of her cat on my desktop right now, the one where she's curled up under a viola with some music .

Oh yes - she lives near me - I used to talk to her quite a bit!

Carys (Helen) played viola just after me at the first adult learners concert in Chertsey. Havn't seen or heard from her in ages.

Oh yes, she had a lovely cat too!

I noticed Cecelia and Silver pianist hadn't been around. DavidMusic as well. Ones that haven't been mentioned, cappoeira girl has been very quiet lately, as has Kflute. Kornflakes looked lively in the earliest forum days, but he's gone.

Also noticed that fluteandbassoon, kenm, jod and Gae haven't been around for a while...

It's good to be back

Tamsin was away for quite a while, then came back fairly recently but seems to have disappeared again!

Liebe klavier....I'd noticed that Gae, jod and kenm have been missing for a while too....Ursie used to post quite a bit at one time.

I miss Silver Pianist's posts which I always enjoyed reading.

And who remembers back to the days of MBCTiger???

I'm sure there are a lot more who haven't immediately sprung to mind!

I've been really busy lately with grade 7 stuff & also physio/hydro so haven't had much time or energy to visit the forums. I've been popping in every now & then though, just haven't posted as much. Anyway, it's nice to know that I've actually been missed!

I can't account for either of them.

I think they both went away to university: hgirl (to Cambridge to do English?) and hornplayer to Birmingham conservetoire.

Some more familiar names too, maybe we should PM a few people (they'll get an email) and see how many come out of the woodwork .

The trouble is since the kids have been back at school, I've got back to doing somethings outside the house and that means I'm online less.

I will continue to drop in, but life is pretty bust at present.

We've not heard from violin-ann on the forum for about 4-5 weeks or so.

Uberzoldat (who I vaguely remember) has posted over 1,100 times on the forum, but hasn't logged in since March this year.

Didn't Violin Ann have a connection problem?
