Not much, maybe a couple of squares of 85% cocoa solids. My wife doctor recommended this as it does you good and mops up free radical nasties in your blood. But dont give it to your dog, its poisonous to them.

I always used to get hungry around 4 too. It's that after school time I reckon. Even after I stopped teaching in schools the habit persisted ... I would raid the kids' snack cupboard - anything ! having a decent lunch made no difference at all.
tune --- fresh or tinned ? (ed haha - that should be tuna of course)
