A Disney book.
When did you last polish your piano?
pianotheory
Sep 23 2007, 07:17 AM
I've never polished it.
Whats your least favourite number?
Miss Ross
Sep 23 2007, 09:54 AM
7. Not only the number itself but multiples of 7, numbers which make 7, like 25 and 34, anything with a number 7 in it. I really don't like it!

Do you have a lucky number?
DaisyChain
Sep 23 2007, 10:18 AM
Well, 16 and 27 have been "regular" numbers for me if that makes sense. I've lived at both 16 and 27 addresses, and friends, family or students have too.. (And they are connected with no.7..sorry Floss!)
How are you feeling today?
Miss Ross
Sep 23 2007, 10:31 AM
Despite having a mountain of things to do and not knowing where to start, absolutely fine!
Did you have a good day yesterday?
*27's not so bad - A couple of years ago I was on the verge of a panic attack when I found my seat for an exam was number 16 though.

*
DaisyChain
Sep 23 2007, 10:37 AM
I had a very good day, thank you.
What is it about the No.7 that worries you?
Miss Ross
Sep 23 2007, 10:47 AM
It's kind of a long story - A couple of years ago (when I was 14 I think...)I realised that anything unpleasant that had happened to me, or my family, had been connected to the number 7. (Grandfather died on the 14th, which was also their wedding anniversary, someone else died on the 7th, in 2005 everything seemed to go wrong, and countless other things, too many to list.) For about 18 months I would lie in bed each night adding up the numbers in people's birthdays, counting drawing pins, even counting notes in pieces of music. I don't know what stopped it but it slightly took over my life for a while

. (I had to force myself to catch the bus to school every day, as it was no. 25

.)
Anyway, do you think I'm (even more!) odd now?
DaisyChain
Sep 23 2007, 10:58 AM
Not really..it's all down to association, mainly isn't it? Bad things happened on 7th and it's multiples, so you were bound to react in some way. I hate the year 1983 as that was a very bad year for me. Anything I hear about that year (even good things) just reminds me of how bad it was.
Anyway, are you having a traditional Sunday roast today?
**Sorry, Floss...1+9+8+3 = 21**
Miss Ross
Sep 23 2007, 11:03 AM
I think we're having mince and tatties actually

.
