Well I've finally decided what to do for my 18th!

Me and a very good friend of mine are going around the UK for a week or so! And in each place we'll be hitting the clubs/pubs/bars by night, checking into hotels and sleeping by day! For our little adventure we'll be going to
  • Edinburgh
  • Newcastle
  • Leeds
  • Birmingham
  • Brighton
  • Bournemouth
  • Plymouth
  • London
  • Manchester
  • Preston
  • Liverpool
  • Blackpool

The last 4 being in no particular order, and might even hit Glasgow before Edinburgh too!

Soooooooooo excited! It'll be funny dragging my friend along on cross country trains for several days drunk as a skunk laugh.gif biggrin.gif

Well I have no intention on drinking so I'm only worried about the railpass for the week and getting hotels

Errrrm, that is going to be one expensive birthday week, mr! Surely there's actually no point in doing all those places within 'a week or so', and it sounds like your friend is going to enjoy YOUR birthday more than you will!

We'll get food on the way of course smile.gif and no I won't be drinking, one of us has to get the pair around the country!

Brillinat idea but if your not drinking why not make it a road trip and drive?

2 things
1) None of us can drive
2) I (and probably everyone else) is NOT prepared to drive to Edinburgh just to drive down to Brighton, over to Plymouth to go back to London before going home.

You can certainly go to Newcastle and not drink. Get water.
