No there isnt but im sure that Trinity give piccolo options in the flute exams. ABRSM also have a piccolo option for the list C in grade 8.

The vast majority don't, though.

The only one I KNOW has one is that solo instrument a flute company (fairly) recently brought out, which has all the bells and whistles... forget which company ohmy.gif sad.gif - not sure if anyone else remembers? I don't know of any other than that.

Would you really want to play 3 octaves on a picc, Nicki??! ph34r.gif

I that the same as a flute having a low B key then?

As for the original question - nope, no piccolo exams unless you play piccolo as part of a grade 8 flute.

I do Guildhall exams and Trinity Guildhall allow you to do a piccolo option in flute exams from grade 6 onwards. I've never chosen to though, it's far too scary! ph34r.gif
