Hey everyone, I'm Jess, I'm 18 and I play the flute and cornet. I've just taken up clarinet as well, being taught by a friend in my music class (she wants to be a music teacher so it's all experience for her!).

I'm currently in my first year at Brunel University doing music...and I've put myself in an awkward position by not taking many graded exams! (nothing after grade 5...mainly because of nerves, but partly because of time!)

Too bad you missed the forum bonfire last night - lots of giggles and great food as well as some big bangs! But do stay around - have you had a read of the woodwind / brass forums yet?

did you know that there's a wellington appreciation society? I'm not offering to join but I would just like to say that there are lots of clubs, any of which you can join. not that I'm offering or anything

but just remember that a wellington appreciation society exists and that I'm sure ben walker would be happy to offer for you to join it. Not that I'm offering or anyhting, that's ben walkers' job
