I was seriously thinking about doing this course many years ago during a sort of career-crisis when I wasn't sure where I was going. I'd done some English teaching in France, and as a volunteer with North Herts College and enjoyed every second.

I never did the course but I remember there was an Alumni forum/list and I received an awful lot of info and advice from the people who'd already done the course. I also knew someone who did it and he reckoned that it was excellent!

Unless I'm mistaken I think that Brunel also do a similar part time PGCE and possibly Luton/Bedford? It was over 6 years ago.
