ICT COURSEWORK!!!

Okay it's about analysing a business (which I have chosen my Aunt and Uncle's Post Office).
I'm just finding it difficult to put two and two together. I've got about 1/3 of the info so far.
I'm not really sure what it's meant to be like because in normal lesson the teacher always shows us an example of the work before we start but obviously he hasn't for this so I have nooo idea what it's meant to be like. I don't know how to make it detailed and I have till the 1 December to do it all!
Has anybody else had to do this?? A friend of mine did it two years ago and said he made the whole thing up but because I don't know what busineses are meant to be like I can't do that. (You can see i'm panicking)

Do you know the exam board? They might have a specification on their website.

According to my GCSE booklet it is CCEA/ICAA.
Never actually heard of it before.

Short course/long course/double award?

I think it is just the normal long course.
