Have found out today that I passed grade 7 with 111 biggrin.gif Very happy, though I haven't seen the mark sheet yet, which will be interesting! I think the supporting tests will have let me down again, but it will be fun to see if I've actually managed to pass the scales section this time! tongue.gif

Out of interest..... how long did your results take to come? I'm waiting for grade 8 results, but the lady at the exam centre said they could take four weeks or more.... unsure.gif

Erm, my exam was on Nov 15th, and I got the results yesterday...so is that about a fortnight? Something like that anyway! I think they have come quicke this time, they usually take about 3 weeks round here biggrin.gif

Yes, I'm afraid that was me! You and Noodle have very good memories! I took the AVCM in the summer, then grade 7 this term, grade 7 flute planned for next session....one day I will have a break!

AVCM, definitely! Grade 7 was the one I enjoyed the most though! It was nice having shorter pieces and a slightly more humane scales list wink.gif (though I probably failed the scales anyway!) I think I liked the pieces more too - I'm more into the romantic & 20th century piano pieces, so I had 2 for grade 7 but only the Chopin raindrop prelude for AVCM along with Beethoven & Scarlatti pieces.
