I can answer that - the Japanese says "Mariopiano" - could it be the music from the video games? (Look at the tags - it also says Mario - video games - piano or something! I reckon the guy's transcribed it from his computer games.....(not that I've ever played Mario so I don't know if that's correct or not....!)

I've seen it many many time and it still manages to amaze me!
w o w this guy is gooooood!! And I love the piece!! 
I was more impressed with the coin sounds and power-up sounds during the underworld theme.

At the end, his left hand is almost like a machine....I have no idea how people can play on a speed like that....
