I can answer that - the Japanese says "Mariopiano" - could it be the music from the video games? (Look at the tags - it also says Mario - video games - piano or something! I reckon the guy's transcribed it from his computer games.....(not that I've ever played Mario so I don't know if that's correct or not....!)
