Hi everyone,

I am looking for a new book around Grade 2/3 level similar to the Bastien "Piano for Adults" books.

I had hoped there would be a Book 3 in the series (actually, do 2 books alone count as series?!) but I can't see it anywhere.

I quite like the style of these books and the progressive aspect of them, so any recommendations of anything similar would be appreciated!

Thanks,
bevpiano
I think it's quite hard to find really good tutor books for adults, but I have found the Carol Barratt Classic Piano Course books to be good for several of my pupils. They progress quickly, but I think rather more musically than the Bastien books & the left hand is used in a more equal way. If you've gone beyond that level, there are some follow on books as well. I'm sure Pam Wedgewood's adult books would be worth looking at, as well, as everything she does is so good.
