Firstly happy Christmas everybody!
I got the soundtrack to the new Pride and Prejudice film and I've been playing Dawn all day!
it's a really nice piece but I can't get the duplets right!
(There's 3 notes in to the left while there's 2 in the right and I've never played duplets before ever!)
any tips?

OK, first make yourself a nice cup of tea.

Then say the words "nice cup of tea".

Then, away from the piano, trying tapping both hands on "nice", left on "cup" and "tea", right on "of".

Repeat for a bit until you've got the feel of the pattern, then try playing the problem bar thinking of your "nice cup of tea".
