Just about managed 4 hours sleep last night; I'm absolutely shattered now. I'm thinking I might order a Lumie Bodyclock. Has anyone in here used one?

Sorry, I was being sarcastic - I get like that when I'm tired. What I would give for a proper nights sleep though. It's not easy trying to survive 6th form, music lessons and work on a colupld of hours sleep.

Not insomnia, just back to front day night syndrome! I have been in bed with bugs and am better by now so am up and about working. Pity that it is bed-time!

Heehee.....I decided the other day that I must be a hamster because i get so much more work done at about 2am than i do during the day. Shame my neighbours won't allow any music sounds at that time of the morning *hangs head in disgrace at being told off for playing piccolo at night*

The other day I got a computer in my bedroom, and I seem to have taken to sitting up and playing goban all night since...

I'm here. I think I'm going into a manic episode so feel to full of energy to get to sleep. Feel like going for a run. Done 50 press ups...Now my arms hurt but still not sleepy I'm bored. Might go and weed the other half of the rose bed or practice my flute other wise I'll just go on ebay and spend money on useless *stuff* which is bad as I'm already to overdrawn for my liking... Roll on pay day!

I'm seriously worried about him, folks. He's sitting up there alone all day, seldom taking a break from the screen. He's not going into other parts of the house. He's not seeing his family. His family don't come up to see him or bring him things, so he goes hungry. He doesn't go outside. He doesn't have the window open, so seldom gets any fresh air.

My friend is hanging on by a thread, and all because of this computer! We need to save him, before it's too late!!!
