Any ideas welcome?
I know my digital piano keyboard is not that cheap (cheapest you can find it for is £365 on internet sites, excluding P&P) but I am very happy with it as I want to learn to play the piano but do not have space and money for an acoustic piano for a few years to come.
I was looking for something which was as close as possible to a piano so my keyboard has 88 fully weighted keys (so the keys actually have resistance when you press them, to help you develop your finger muscles etc) with graded hammer technology (ie the softer you touch the keys the lower the volume and the harder the louder, just like on a piano).
Although it has some 'digital features' these are minimal as I was not interested in having the digital features that come with keyboard. So it does not have 'accompaniments', metronome or anything else. You can plug a pedal into in (which comes with keyboard) and you do have MIDI function (although am not interested in this) and you can plug in 2 sets of headphones (which I don't anyway, I just turn down volume if people are sleeping in house). It does play for you 50 recorded tunes (which I do use at times to let the younger kids outside my bedroom think I can actually play!

)
I am very happy with it, I have bought a metal stand for it which is foldable anyway so if I wanted to I could put stand and keyboard out of the way (but I don't), the stand was about £35 if I remember right.
The keys actually feel even harder to press then ones on my teacher's piano! (not a lot but they do have more resistance).
Anyway, which one is it? Yamaha P70.
