If we do get the forecast snowfall tomorrow please can the photographers amongst the Forumites post some pictures here for us to see? It will be far more fun than a news report. Snow people especially welcome. P.S. And a big snow rat for me please!

Well, we're *supposed* to have 15cm of snow and we just have a dusting

A couple of inches in London and it's still snowing.

I managed to get myself organised to work from home this morning - I may have to go in later for a meeting, but if that's cancelled I'll take my camera out for a walk I think!

No snow at all in Leeds. Just the slightest patchy glistening of frost.

About 2 inches here on the Wirral, but still doing a bit more.Still Im working at home today, so shouldnt be too much hassle.

My dad has taken a couple of photos of my garden covered in snow. Might post them here later.

What annoyed me is that the news readers said it was likely to be the heaviest snowfall in the UK in the last decade - Scotland's had some really heavy snow over those years.........I wish they would say "England" not "UK" - unless they no longer think that Scotland is part of the UK?????

I would use PhotoBucket to upload your photo(s): http://photobucket.com/. Once you've accessed the website:

1. Register on it
2. On the right-hand side, click on 'Browse' to upload the image you want
3. Click 'Upload'
4. You can scroll down on your album page to see your image, which shows that it has been uploaded. Next, copy the IMG code onto your post, then the photo(s) should appear when you hit 'Add Reply'.

Hope that's a better description.

From what I've heard and seen, and from what my mum says from the weather reports, the snow is here to stay possibly till over the weekend all over including Scotland and Wales, so they may well mean exactly what they say... that it's going to be the heaviest inc. the heavy snowfalls you've had in Scotland.

Some cool pictures - Im still waiting for snow - had a little yesterday but it did not stick - was gone a few minutes later - aah!!!

The snow dalek is awesome!!! I hope he survives the night so I can take some pictures of him in the daylight (any excuse to take more pictures )

I think that this was a lovely topic! The Dalek Snowman was an original and will have to try that next time we get just enough of the "right type of snow" probably in another 5 years time!
