Plenty of music out there!
Do you have any composers in mind, so that we can be more helpful ?

Everything's not exam related if you are not learning it for an exam.
The music on the exam syllabus was not written just for that purpose.

If you are after classical music raid teh lits past and present for you grade/the one above. Don't buy the books - get the whole pieces and see if you can make a go of perhaps an entire sonata? That may be a bit beyond you though... its tiring! Try the lefevre 5 sonatas for clarinet if you want, Paul Harris Victorian Kitchen Garden Suite... Assuming this is clarinet you want!

Well, first deicde the type of music you like playing, then talk to your teacher about coming up with something, or you can choose a composer.

Well if you're grade 7 you have a lot of things at your disposal
If it's shorter pieces you're looking for have a look at the last of the Classics to Moderns or More Classics to Moderns series (I think that's book 6).
Any of the AB collections (Keyboard Anthology, More Romantic Pieces, ) at the appropriate level may help to broaden your repertoire / appreciation and perhaps give you ideas of other things you would like.
Mozart sonatas / sonata movements and Bach French Suites if you like these composers.
Some of the Greig Lyric pieces (but can't remember which ones are grade 7 off the top of my head).

What about some Chopin preludes - no 5, 6?
Grieg - Holberg Suite?
Bartok - Mikrokosmos?
It really depends on the era which you want to play - have you tried any modern pieces?

I think "Butterfly" is one of them.
