I am an adult wanting to learn the Clarinet using the ABRSM jazz clarinet syllabus. I already play the saxophone and can read music well, although I can't improvise. I am trying to find a teacher. There are lots of clarinet teachers listed but I have not found many that teach the jazz clarinet syllabus. The two that will teach this syllabus can't actually improvise themselves, which made me wonder how they were going to teach me to improvise. I hope someone can help. Thank you

Hi JustSax,
If you are looking for a teacher in a specific area, why not try the website of the Incorporated Society of Musicians -
click here for a linkThey list teachers according to region and also according to their specialities.
Good luck in your search
