Full Version: Intro To Instrumental & Vocal Teaching Day

I just wanted to encourage others who are waivering about starting teaching to attend ABRSM's Introduction to instrumental and vocal teaching session. I went today and came away enthused and reassured that to give teaching a go is completely the right thing to do. It's a great session and well worth the money and the trip to London. I now have a definite plan and timescale in mind.

Hello to Karl who I met today too!

I plan to start teaching in about 3-5 years, but would like to know more about it. Do you think that this course will be useful to me so far in advance?

I currently teach one pupil but would like to know some 'teaching tips' really as I'm planning on becoming a music teacher when I finish my degree.

HI Singing nurse I would like to say how much I enjoyed the day too and think that it is a good step for anyone thinking of starting to teach. It was nice to meet another new face from the forums too biggrin.gif
