Try www.musicroom.com I've bought loads of piano music from there. Its really good, if you download sibelius scorch then for most books you can see a sample of the music and they have a grading system to tell you how hard the music is. It has loads of diferent types of music and lots of books that are great for playing just fun!!! biggrin.gif
Happy Shopping!!!

The "Classics to Modern" and the "More Classics to Modern" Series have nice and well known little pieces from all periods. Books 1-6 are in graded standard. If you are about grade 2, then book 1 will be good for "leisure" playing. Books 2 & 3 will still be playable but give you a bit more challenge. Have fun. smile.gif

Have you tried 'Easy Jazzin' About' by Pamela Wedgewood.

A really fun series I've just discovered is called 'Cool Piano' by Heather Hammond. There are 6 books, each at the standard of the corresponding grade.

There is the 'Up Grade' series.
And 'Making the grade'.
Lots of stuff out there designed specially for those in between timnes if you can get to a good music shop.
(Don't you hate it when you go to a shopping centre and see 'music shop' on the directory, only to find when you get there that it is a record shop mad.gif )

i suggest the romance of the piano.
i played after grade 2 and it was ok for a bit.
also you could go in to a music shop and look through simple jazz.
because i like jazz wink.gif
there are many books i could recomend.
email me and will find out in oxford in our local music shop about it and email you back

If you are grade 2 and like jazzy pieces you might try:

Jazzin' about Styles by Pam Wedgwood ( publ Faber)

Lazy Days by Brian Chapple (publ Chester)

and possibly
More Finger Jogging Boogie by Stephen Douro (maybe a little harder).
