I was reminded the other day, when we first moved to Surrey/Kent borders in 1988, we viewed a house in Pratts Bottom. I think we discounted it simply because of the name of the place.
Near to us here now we have Greasby.
But my favourites are Windpassing (at least three of these in both Austria and Germany), and Titz, also in Germany.
For a road name there is Butt Hole Road in Conisborough near Doncaster, and Butt Hole Lane in Shepshed , Leics. (I am sure our Leicester friends will confirm).
Have you come across any funny placenames or road names?

There's a village in East Anglia called Ugley. Not sure I'd like to live there.
One of Ugley's organisations is the Ugley Women's Institute. Its members became so annoyed with all the jokes about them that they changed its name to "The Women's Institute of Ugley".

We have a Butt Lane near to us - dates from the days when it was used by medieval archers for practising their shooting at the "butts"!

Island off the west coast of Scotland called Muck (from the Gaelic muic, meaning pig).
Inclining slightly to the left of on-topicness, there was an old signpost in Lincolnshire which said "To Mavis Enderby and Old Bolingbroke". Someone had written underneath " ... the gift of a son".

When I was a teenager holidaying in the West Country, I informed my family that we were about to drive through a village with an 'interesting' name. Unfortunately for me, but fortunately for the inhabitants, there was a speck of dirt on my map, so what I thought was a 't' was actually an 'r'. The village was called Shirwell.
