I would appreciate it if someone could please let me know what the suggested speeds are for:

- "legato only, in thirds with each hand separately in the key of C major (two octaves)"
and
- "staccato only, in sixths with each hand separately"

I believe the scales in 3rd and 6ths have different recommended speeds from the "normal" scales (i.e. not in 3rds or 6ths). "These Music Exams" only gives speeds for normal scales.

The only place the full set of speeds is given seems to be in the scale book for each grade, and I don't have that for grade 7.

Yes, you're right of course, I'd forgotten that.

I've just looked it up on the scale page on my website and found that

legato 3rds = minim = 46

staccato 6ths = minim = 52
