I need opinion on the technical aspect of finger tip sliding across the keys…is it ok to slide finger across the keys to reach to the next one, or is the proper technique to land in one place and stay there and avoid sliding???[font=Verdana]

I use the slide-technique in scales in double chromatic thirds.......

It's by no means a problem if it works well for you. Consider finger substitution as a good alternative though.
