Well there were some monkey dances written by a composer called Steve Ballmer, dont know if there were seven though.
(YAP, indeed the Britten was reused as a compulsory semi final piece last year, I went to some semifinas so heard it played many times, then I bought a copy. Very atmospheric, and difficult to strike the right mood., thought the notes arent too difficult. Have you tried it?)

I have heard quite a bit of the music of this Finnish composer, and enjoyed much of it. Maybe his best known was a brass band piece used as a test piece in competetions called 'Playgrounds for Angels'. Indeed he has a whole series of 'Angel' pieces.
Who wrote 'Venetian Games' , another of my favourite 20th Century composers.

You are right with your answer, it comes next to 'To A Wild Rose' in Woodland Sketches.
But I havent a clue who wrote 'To Garden Rose' unless its MacDowell also.
