Yes, not sure why. In each case the pairs are not identical. It's weird.
Admittedly the eyes are different in the first one, but my magic eye techniques say the others are all the same...

But if you want the sensible answer, I believe the coding seems to look like the word 'fear' in H4X00R or however it is that they write it... so maybe it's somebody hiding in the shadows. But it still looks a bit like a ninja to me!
Love the new smilies, but a currently too lazy to learn the new coding for them as of yet, so I'll stick to the traditional ' '.
EDIT: when you write 2 apostrophes besides the grinning smiley like I just did, it looks like 2 tiny smiley arms - or so I think, anyway!
