Another way of saying it is 'good embouchure' and a strong diaphragm.

Doing harmonic exercises really help. You can buy books on this as i cant really write them down without notation!

Also by constantly playing pieces over and over again by using different techniques such as vibrato etc.

TIf your question is technical then i suggest that you keep a good strong embouchure, as though you are pronouncing the sound of 'EE'. i cant really advise you on tonguing as the anatomy of everyones tongue is completely different and so i could tell you to tongue from about a centimetre in from the tip but you would be more comfortable using the last mm.

also diaphragm, good and strong, preferably a hard sromach, but not to the point of suffocation or collapsing!

I know this sounds stupid but when you're playing imagine you have a tennis ball in your mouth...yes well it works for me. Also suport your playing with your diaphragm (sorry i'm being flutey)
