dose it have one staff and a treble clef?

Hello,

Indian classical music is traditionally transmitted orally.
The pitch is not fixed.
It could however be possible to write down Indian music in our system, at least as far as the frame of the raga and the main musical lines are concerned (thus leaving out microtones and certain embellishments that could hardly be transcribed).
