hi all

i went out to watch a friends band on saturday and in my drunker state offered to play percussion on june the 9th given that i am a flute player this wasnt the best thing to offer


i really want to convince them that they need a flute in the band its folk/bluegrass with a bit of queen for good measure so if any one can give me the basics and what to buy first i will be very grateful


then i can work my way in and take my flute along

hi no just percussion had a go last night with a folk band and it was ok so not quite so scared now but any advice always welcome

What kind of percussion do you have to play? Hard to give advice if I don't know what instruments you need advice on! lol...
