It always used to work....but now it doesn't. It says to contact a moderator, but I have no idea why it doesn't work I don't have any image programmes on the laptop, so I can't experiment by changing the quality or whatever, and it won't allow me to have an image hosted on photobucket etc, so what do I do?

I contacted Christine before, and she was a fabulous help...but I don't want to bother the mods every time I want to change pic.

If it is over 100kb, I need to reduce it, but I haven't got PaintShop Pro or equivalent on the laptop

I find it's a bit hit and miss whether I can change the photo.
Sometimes it will and sometimes it won't.
