Hello! I'm meeting the talented Scaramouche tomorrow in London. Other than sitting in the pub having a good gossip or trawling the music shops, can you suggest anything else we might do? Your advice welcome! Thanks

You could get thee both to the early music dhop and steal a subcontrabass recorder for me if you like. Wear a large coat with lots of poacher's pockets and put the pieces into them and the bigger bits down your trouser legs.

Sorry......
Erm. Having a good natter and trawling music shops sounds like a good start... don't know London that well - has Nat seen the sights etc??

Just don't give her an organ tour an seranade her with Bach!
The Covent Garden area is normally fun, you could always take her to the London Eye.

No, he's going to serenade me by playing Einaudi on his recorder

If it's a first time in London - the open topped tourist bus.

Join a protest march!
Find the Queen and stir up rumours about Tony Blair not liking her. Find Tony Blair and stir up rumours about the Queen not liking him. Run away laughing.

it's nice round the South Bank, and across to the National Gallery - if you like that sort of thing! So much to see - a leisurely stroll - I really recommend it.
Nice eating places too.

I suppose if it's a large organ, we could view safely from a distance.....

Is it too late to suggest a trip to the mean streets of Sarf London for a visit to the musical instruments collection of the
