This thread is beginning to take up too much time !
. I have 'managed' it for nearly 4 years now, but intend to stop on its fourth anniversary in early May. If anyone else would like to take it on, perhaps not every day (even I havent been able to manage that) , but those days when convenient, I will be happy for them to do so !

As I mentioned a while back this thread is taking up too much of my time. So this is the last one !
The horses have been active now for 4 years on saturday and I've manged to post most days, except when on holiday or on business abroad. We have had over 85000 views at about 46 views per post.
There are seven race meetings tomorrow, so as farewell I am listing all the musical horses, but just by name, they are in approximate order of odds from the most favourite (11-10f) up to 33-1. I will of course post the results from these, probably late tomorrow evening.
SONG TO THE MOON, TO THE SPRING (thats a piano piece by Grieg), BOW RIVER ARCH, ROCKER, TROPICAL BEAT, MUSICAL BRIDGE, OPERATEUR, BYRD IN HAND, BOW TO NO ONE, KHATCHATURIAN, IVORY JAZZ, JOYFUL SOUND, ELITE SYNCOPATIONS.
Two forumites I spotted DAISY CLIPPER, AMETHYST DAWN, plus our recently retired MY LUCKY LIZ (and other Lizzes. there are a few)
I hope you have enjoyed this thread, and of course if anyone wants to take it on, or all chip in when we can, we could try to keep it going , if not everyday.

May 6 2011, 08:04 PM
Well with all those runners, we had some feeble performances. Not a winner in sight.
A second from SONG TO THE MOON, but should have won at 2- 7 on fav.
Third places from BOW RIVER ARCH and TROPICAL BEAT.
So thats it from me with the Musical Horses. Good Night.

Well its nearly 6 months since we had this thread, so I thought I might restart it, not in such a comprehensive fashion as I did at one time, but rather as an occasional thing, when time permits.
So today Ive picked out two musical horses which might have a chance today:-
As before I take no reponsibility for anyone losing money by following my suggestions. !
RADETSKY MARCH (Bangor 3.25)

Thanks , of course I used to list nearly all musical runners as well as horse names related to forumites, but it was just taking up too much time.
When I retire from work at end of this month I lose my computer and iPhone so I will be on the forums far less frequently. Of course I won't have a computer on my desk all the time, so I may not be able to maintain this thread regularly.
