Not at all cold but with a slight hint of a breeze.
What a difference a year makes...
Last Boxing Day, went for a walk down by the canal - temperature MINUS 8 to -10C anda winter wonderland. Today, same walk, bright sun, heavy looming clouds on teh horizon, breezy, about +11C to +13C...

Rather nice Christmas Day and Boxing day, a little breezy though here on the Wirral
Very wet outside, don't think it's raining now though.

Very similar not too far south of you in north Shropshire (Chester is 20 miles away). Bright and sunny, blue skies, but temp about 10 - 11C. Dropping my mum off over in southern Cheshire, it was cloudy - amazing what 20 miles can do!

Yes it turned dull in the afternon though we popped down to Chester and had a walk along the river

We're obviously not that far apart - sunny here too this morning...
Bright and sunny.... with a gale force wind!
Dull and slightly warmer than the last two bright sunny days.
Warm for December with blue sky and a brisk wind. Made the mistake of going to the shops without a coat, as a heavy shower sneaked up and soaked me on my way back to the car.
The grass is growing in the back garden!!! Late December, global warming made manifest.
Stormy, stormy, stormy!! Winds of around 70-80 miles per hour, and we have flasks prepared and candles at the ready in full expectation of more power cuts - two so far today.

Thank goodness, all that snow was lovely to look at but a complete nightmare if you needed to go anywhere. Won't mind at all if we don't get any this winter.
