With under 2 weeks to go to the start of the exams, has anyone got a date yet? For various reasons I would like an early date, so would hope that it won't be too long before I hear.

No...but mine are weeks 4 and 5. My TG one is three weeks or less and haven't had that yet. I did get the place of theory exams today though..

I know it is not the same thing but found out the address for my theory centre today.
