did anyone see Der Ring des Nibelungen on the BBC not long ago?
I was wondering if there was a dvd of it, but I can't find one on the bbc site.
dose anyone know where I can get one??

I didn't see the broadcasts (whose idea was it to have them finishing at 2.00 on a Sunday morning?
), but did see the component parts of the cycle when they were introduced at the ROH, and am going to see the entire cycle there in October

Various cycles are available on DVD, but as far as I can tell, the current ROH cycle isn't. As to where to buy one, try Amazon or the ROH Shop online, or one of the larger record shops.
