Has anyone done Blow Blow thou Winter Wind...Arne...G4? Ihave a pupil doing it in an exam next month and in lessons we miss out the lengthy section between verse 1 AND 2...and do a Dal Segno...I suppose from the start of verse 2. I have checked several versions and all have it... do you suppose it matters to cut it out.... after all it is the voice the examiner wants to listen to. She is so used to doing it that way now.

Have just found a version with a dal segno at start of second verse....which answers my question...I suppose it doesn't matter that we are not actually using that version...as accompaniment differs.

I wasn't being sarcy...just felt daft finding the answer myself....and I do talk to myself...solve lots of problems that way

and I must add that this site has been amazing in the short time I've been using it... any queries have been answered and resolved.
