<<< Is listening to Numbers Radio Stations and Weird Russian Shortwave Stations (Do a search on youtube for "The Buzzer UVB 76"), and has started to creep himself out by reading theories about Dead Man's Hand systems and suchlike. There have been 3 (and a bit) recorded disruptions of The Buzzer for a list of numbers and names to be read in Russian. A more sensible Theory was that it's the backup for the regular military radio order system, and the buzz just means it's online, but still, it's kinda creepy!
