Well, it all went haywire before the hols.
BUT, we have been running for 3 nights per week for 3 weeks now, and a long power walk/run on a Saturday. I managed to get my heart rate up to 180 on Saturday

So, getting fitter.I have lost 1 lb per week, so 3 so far. I am now
under 11 stone

Have to lose another 13-17lbs.
Managed to get into my sparkly evening dress this last Saturday for a big "do" in London with The Old Man at Battersea Evolution. Looked passable. No, it wasn't red

Midnight blue and respectable.
