Thankyou so much sarah-flute!! Wow, guess I have no excuse not to get on with it now wub.gif

Oooh, pianosecrets you will definitely have to start a Greek thread smile.gif

OK...

It's on a Wednesday only, because not many people are doing it. I'm going to do it, but it's a pity, 'cause I have to think of a new way to keep active...

And I had to rearrange my Piano lessons to Mondays from September.

Just seen this thread: I would love to do the Greek. Or Hebrew, you know that as well don't you Sarah?
sarah-flute
I don't know it ohmy.gif but am attempting to learn it. We were going to start language thread weren't we? I forget when the date of people's last exam was, must've gone by now... Was it one of Malone's?
littlelady87
So how does it work, is someone 'teacher' or do we all just get on with it and then compare notes?
Sorry if this has been explained before, I have a tendency to forget things!
sarah-flute
I think the idea was that people who knew some or a lot of the languages in question but give out basic vocab, alphabets wub.gif where necessary, and people who wanted to learn would ask questions about what they wanted to know which those in the know would attempt to answer. Well, that's how I saw it anyway laugh.gif
SaxFan
if this turns into a Russian thread I shall have to knock dust off my Russian books and dictionaries and cobwebs off my memory!!
Rainbow
There was a Spanish thread somewhere...............starting a language thread would be a really good idea!
littlelady87
