How do you get your voice louder? sad.gif
Emma C
AS my singing teacher says to me, not more breath but more brace (use your diaphragm for support) and make sure you have room for wookey hole in the back of your throat.

But don't force things!!!

agree totally... i generally have a loud voice... it makes me feel horrible in choirs..

I seem to have 2 voices... one's really really quiet and in tune, the other is loud enough but out of tune... don't know which one's worse!

i'd personally prefere the in tune one...though is quiet...i think it's way better than out of tune

I have trouble with volume too. I have a really small voice, especially when I'm in head voice. My newly discovered "stage voice" is louder, but not really appropriate for most things. (I played Adelaide in Guys and Dolls) It makes singing in groups really hard.

Yeah, good point... but the loud one has a nice rich tone while the soft one is light and cute and breathy ... I don't want to sing like a little girl sad.gif

i see ur point...but i'm a very in-tune person...plus i have head tone...so there;s hardly any problem with volume...the problems i have are some little nasty habbits...
