The same way as you would change your layout 
Google - 'free myspace contact tables' - find a code and copy it into your About Me section

You need to find a code, such as the one below ... and then put it in your about me section, if you layout already has a contact table then you need to replace the code with the desired one. To locate the code look for something like this...it shouldn't be that hard to find! Search on google for myspace contact tables and choose the one you want

No need to search for free, as most are free and only a select few require a payment! and you will need to get rid of the old code if you more than otherwise it won't work...or at least in theory it shouldn't.

If you haven't specifically added a custom contact table, you don't have to get rid of the old code.
After looking through your code all you need to do is add the new code
