Are you having singing lessons? If you are, maybe you should talk to your teacher.
I can't really help you a lot but maybe you should have a look at the viva voice forum, i'm sure they'll be people there with lots of advice to give you.

practice...do a lot of practice...get a good teacher...by the way, ar u going to be a classical singer or just pop singer...

Work hard and you must have loadsa determination.
