Sorry for butting in here, but I really need some advice. I would like to know how much someone might pay for a signed Opperman Mouthpiece.

I don't know anything about them, but there's one on the USA eBay at the moment. The auction still has about 3 days to run, and I think that the current highest bid is about $210, ie about £116! So I think the finishing price will be pretty high!

Update - the winning bid was $300, ie about £167!
I must say, I wouldn't pay that much myself for a second-hand mouthpiece!

Ok, I placed my mouthpiece on ebay with pictures and description. I can't find any fault with the piece other than some discoloring. I listed it with a starting price of $169.00. There were 8 people watching it, but the auction ended with no bidders. One person told me I should start the bidding at $100.

What's wrong with my mouthpiece?

If you seriously know a thing or two about Opperman mouthpieces, and would be willing to help, please let me in on a few tips!
